At Clifton Collectibles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final on trading card singles, sealed products, and collectibles. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if an item is significantly damaged in transit or if there is a major defect not disclosed at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) at our discretion.
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and send the correct item or issue a refund.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, but we will assist in tracking your order.
If an order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be considered based on the carrier’s investigation.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.
Grading & Condition of Cards
Card condition is described as accurately as possible. Unless stated otherwise, all cards are considered near mint or lightly played.
We do not guarantee specific grades for raw (ungraded) cards. Graded cards will come as labeled by the respective grading company.
